If you go and do your shopping any time after 5pm, then you are faced with a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere, with only a few shoppers in store. It's like having the shop to yourself!!!
Good value but NEVER enough people on the tills.I have had to stop shopping here as the store is a mess and never restocked during the day.It's not the fault of the staff but the bad management.
Best Lidl out there. We just moved to the area and this shop has everything you need. Its never too busy and there is plenty of parking. Products are always fresh and shelves are rarely empty-ish. Bakery has a nice selection too.
The management have a dreadful ethos when it comes to customer service and it seems impossible to get anywhere with head office either. Any store manager who is happy to allow a man to be verbally abusive to a 90 year old woman on his premises should not be in the role and when it becomes impossible to get an apology for her from anyone with direct responsibility, the company seems more than happy to lose the custom of her extended family rather than do what is right
Staff that served me was rude was there with my 2 yr old and new born trying to get them both through the till . No greeting no can I help with the packing didn't even look at me pushed all the food through as fast as she could tried to pack as fast as I could hadn't even got half my stuff in the bag looked said how much paid still trying to put my shopping in the bag she starts serving another customer . As in not moving fast enough for her she pushes up my shopping at me almost dropping it on the floor. Clearly needs to learn manners and be re trained how to treat a paying customer.
